Released a bunch of video captures from my Amiga (AMOS/AMOSPro related demo, music disks and footage) onto my blog website and onto my YouTube Channel.

Im really close to capture/organize/dig up everything I ever made with computers all the way back from 1989 and beyond. Only left to do now is to make a smashing movie about my selfbuilt Arcade Machine which name is SOMAC (Stone Oakvalley's Multi Arcade Console 2000).

24 March 2010:
Released a compilation movie that show a wealth of my AMOS v1.3 and AMOS PRO coding, effects, demos and more from my Amiga period in 1990-1997. It can't get more nostalgic than this. All video clips was captured using an Pinnacle Studio DV500+ from a real Amiga 1200 and its video and audio outputs. Real deal, no Winuae or lame framerate grabbing here, folks! We're talking broadcast quality, 50fps, just the way it was and should been done!

Watch the compilation on youtube right here!

All accompanied by several of my Amiga Soundtracker/Protracker modules all recorded from real hardware in my recording project SOAMC= !

21 March 2010:
Released a compilation movie about our demogroup Procyon (with Demonoid (myself) and Sv) and our Amiga demo productions called "Firestarter, PowerDeath and PcPuke!" - all 3 productions from 1996/1997 when we attended The Gathering computer party held each year in Vikingskipet, Hamar.

After many struggles and time consuming updates, the Stone Oakvalley's Authentic SID Collection (SOASC=) Commodore 64 recording project also was finialized and locked/frozen as-is today. This means no updates or new recordings. I'm officially retiring from the project as I have reached my initial goal to record all of HVSC SID as perfect as possible. Which took 2.5 years!

All music are available as High Quality 224kbps, 44khz stereo quality MP3 format on my www.6581-8580.com site! Enjoy!

In other news, there are no crazy planned projects ongoing in near future, as my schedule for 2009/2010 is to work on my house and eventually start making music in my soon to be brand spanking new studio. Waited so many years for this, and now its closing in!

Getting done with stuff is the next best thing to actually doing the stuff :)

You can see the house redesign project here!
and during 2010 some things should start to happen here too!

Gritty Oakvalley Studio Sessions (GOSS) - This album contains all the preliminary premixing material for most of the End Of The Highway album and some of the elements prepared for the next forthcoming album "High On Volume - Low On Silence". This gives audience the possiblity to listen to how tracks sounds like before they hit the final mix.
A sort of "The Making Of..." but not for a movie, but for a music album instead.

Think this is quite rare action for musicians, but Oakvalley don't follow any trends...he would like to invent them!

The other exclusive double album introduced are:

"Birthstone" - This album contains all the finished music material produced in the years of 1990-1997 using only trackers and samples. It's considered to be the birth of Stone Oakvalley's music career, and contains a lot of totally unheard material. Good old-school Amiga computerized tracker music in it's best years.

Oh, another neat thing about the music albums. They are now free to download in it's full length MP3 (low quality) to give audience more of the Oakvalley sound...the complete sound that is. Have fun, you're on the right track!

this fall. I've cleaned up some pieces here and there, and made a page with archived material from EMvFX. Go via this page for the never finished Nightmare On Elm Street parody made by us for instance :) And check out the Freddy-glove also made by me!

  • 5 April 1999:
The EMvFX 8th year Celebration-clips are fantastically and amazingly FINISHED!
There have been a _great_ deal of work involved behind these pages, and it's the biggest
update I've had so far. It contains over 55 minutes of videoclips, bringing you about 50 files
of EMvFX sickness and madness from the 1991-1999 archives. The update is about 70mb
in size. Some clips even got blood and gore in it! (Now you're interested, ey?)

I've also added a icon when there is something ultra-magnetic-maniac-dead-cool
things happening, like demo play's on P3 and other big events in my life, worth the web.

  • 30 March 1999:
The EMvFX 8th year Celebration-clips page are beginning to take shape. Some menus don't
work yet, but there's a lot if information about my old videocamera JVC GR60E, which
recently "died" and may it rest in peace. See photos and general info.

This page is an pre-invitation to the EMvFX 8th year Celebration which is coming your way
this spring/summer! It will feature over 50 minutes of crazy, dumb, useless and horrible video clips from the EMvFX archives. (1991->1999)

I have uploaded some pictures in the My Self section. Nothing much, it was just some pictures I had lying around.

  • 27 February 1999:
Removed the www-links page, because they could quickly get outdated, and nowadays the search engines are so good, so you'll always find what you want anyway, right?
Personally I think that they are a thing of the past now. It was useful before, but the Internet is growing so fast to day, that no manually updated link-page could keep itself fully functional, and with all the links intact for more than a month or two. (Or maybe not, anyway:My Links are gone)

  • 22 February 1999:
My newest song Find Some Life are finally finished! This time I've included some crispy vocals, sung by me. You could hear the early preview, along with the final preview, to hear the progress from early August 1998, and up to February 1999.

  • 28 January 1999:
The Eikesdal Movie Effects (EMvFX) pages are kinda up and running. There is still some work to be done, so click carefully! No celebration video clips are available, because the page is still under development. More info to come.

  • 24 January 1999:
My site is back online, after a rest for about 2 months. All the pages are up and running again, except the EMvFX (My Films), which will be updated BIG, in the following week, maybe week 4 or 5. It will contain 60-70mb of personal video-clips, from the years 1991-1999. It's an celebration for my recently video-camera, JVC VHS-C Gr60e, which has died silently :) And since it done quite a lot for me the recent 8 years, it's only appropriate to celebrate what it have captured during that time.

Removed the Procyon homepage, because all of their work has been terminated.

some of my songs at TONO Norge.

Acidmated Evvival! in the demo-section of the program called Stift (Thanks Einar K.!)
