The team behind
VALKYRIE (Prewiz trailer 2003) was producer
Tom B. Jenssen, and director
Stein Eikesdal. Old and new experience in a balanced mix.
Jenssen has more than 20 years of experience in film and television, in production as well as distribution. He has made
six American pictures as Executive Producer, Producer, Writer and 2nd Unit Director.
Sadly in March 2006 Tom B. Jenssen left us all and wandered off to where only the spirits belong. Rest in peace, Tom. We will continue and dedicate this movie to his memory. A great and innovative script writer is gone.

This is the first feature film of director
Stein Eikesdal, who in addition to directing is also the editor/CGI/effects and sound/musicmixer on
VALKYRIE.
Eikesdal is a young veteran of short films and music videos and is considered a bright new talent in the Norwegian film landscape.
VALKYRIE is an amazingly innovative project; indeed it is believed to be the first vampire movie ever made in Scandinavia. But this
time it is not a cape-clad Count from Transylvania who is the threat, but our very own Norse Valkyrie – a vampire woman from the
saga of the Vikings.
The team behind
VALKYRIE has adhered faithfully to the well-loved elements of the horror genre.
The story, will be moving some classical cliché elements for these type of films and
to bring the audience the most thrilling and different storyline not seen for quite a while. It will shock your heart, but that is life!
Final movie is planned being shot in
HD Definition 1080p and tranferred to 35mm for worldwide presentation.
Effects and action will be similar to
The Matrix, Blade, The One, Azumi, Shogun Assasin, Lords Of The Rings, Crouching Tiger - Hidden Dragon, Hero (Jet Li), Kung-Fu Movies and
Vampire movies and
horror movies in general.
Visual Effects are tools to enhance the experience and is not the key factor for this movie. This is not a Hollywood blockbuster.
These are at least some of the key goals of this production, and as always are subject of beeing changed.
