The idea for the name was based on the fact that I call myself Stone and since this is the first early material I ever created in the music area, it was considered as the "birth", hence the album name "Birthstone".

The album contains all the finished music material produced in the years of 1990-1997 using only trackers and samples but also unfinished material. Good old-school Amiga computerized tracker music in their best years.
