Update: AmigaGuide Windows Viewer (AGWViewer)

- Improved reading of guide files, as for example "sc.guide" and "cpr.guide" from Lattice C on Amiga caused AGWV to hang forever. Works now.

- Compiled with latest PB5.62 just to make sure
