The Studio
in Music | Monday, July 15, 2013 | 11:19

This is the studio as it was during 2000-2004 which was the years I made music mostly all of my spare time. From 2004 until 2013 I had worked on other non-musical projects and thus everything was packed down, but not sold!.

I'm looking forward to rebuild my studio sometime again after 2013 in my new house in in which end "The Pod Studio" will be realized. More infomation about its progress can be found elsewhere on my site.

Pictures as listed:
---------------------
- The studio during 2000-2004

- Roland PC180A MIDI Controller and Novation Supernova II
- Roland JP-8000
- Yamaha A-5000 Sampler
- Novation Drumstation 1
- ESI MidiTerminal M8U
- Behringer Autocom Pro MDX 1400 (Comp/Gate/Limiter/Expander/Enhancer)
- TC Electronics M300 (Reverb/Echo/Delay)
- Yamaha RM1x
- Yamaha MG 16/4 Mixer
- Mackie 1202VLZ Mixer
- Event 20/20bas Monitors
- Yamaha HS10W (subwoofer)
- Quiklok BS-342 (For the Event 20/20bas Studio monitors)
- Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro Closed Studio Headphones
- ESI Juli@ (24-bit 192Khz ADC, 114dB, and DAC 112dB soundcard)
- Boss Metal Zone MT-2 (Disortion unit used for TB-303)
- Emagic Logic Audio (MIDI sequencer)*
- All Stone Oakvalley albums 1990-2006

*Note: I have been using both 4.8 and the latest version which ended at 5.51. These are from early 2000, but it don't matter as on a modern 2011+ computer this software is so fast and smooth. You don't need the latest in software to create music, its all bloated and requires too much CPU anyway. Better go with old software, Win XP SP1 on a modern computer. The end result and workflow is beyond anything you could had experince in early 2000 computer hardware.
