The following disk images are from several collections on internet, I just grouped them all together with some screenshots.

Hope they are of some use, at least I managed to use some of this material to re-activate my IVS Grand Slam / Trumpcard PRO HDD Controller for Amiga 500. It should be noted that the probability of these beeing original are slim to none, as they are suspected to be modifed by its original owner.
