Progress and updates

HISTORY
=======

v1.0 - 06 Mar 2017:
-------------------
Added custom "Strips Y Position" for chosen subtitle. Useful is content to be subtitled has other titles from post-production earlier.
Added single screenshot export of "what you see" in subtitles render.
Fixed a crashbug if AVI was exported, then PNG or IFF was done after AVI.
Final version 1.0 for release

v0.9 - Nov 2016:
Some bugfixes, minor clean up of code. Added editing functions (Insert new line, remove single), added manual timing support/editing

v0.8 - Aug-Oct 2016:
--------------------
Reworked entire GUI, implemented INI flags, rewrote a couple of routines and basically continue where I left off 1 year ago
Removed downscaled preview, now simply scales to whatever resolution is selected/style of footage (PAL/NTSC analog typical signals mostly)
Font generated once into bitmap instead, just because a possible ClearType environment on the users machine would mess up the text in every possible way
You do know that ClearType is bad for you? - Read: http://www.stone-oakvalley-studios.com/post.php?id=000728082014192437 (a.k.a. new-age bullshit text rendering)
Added background preview image support, improved and simplified whole code + error checking routines
Added import of .SRT (SubRip) generated subtitle text files, but converted into hh:mm:ss:ff->hh:mm:ss:ff standardized format for R8CV
Added support for PNG export to Alpha transparent.
Added support to create AVI rendered timed subtitle file, so its easy to import and match up. Timing has to be done manually by this software by you once.
Added special old-school support for SCALA for use on Commodore Amiga computers with Genlock (specially for my TV-Series "TV-Lesestund")
Added several presets and outline modes for FONTS, but stays within the design boundaries (or limitations) that once were available in the 80-90's style of subtitling
Added support for internal and external movie playback with recording timing information for Subtitles ON/OFF. SMPTE/FRAMES/FPS etc implemented where needed
All ideas that once where thought of in 2012 and after has been successfully implemented. Another striking good Oakvalley Software sees the light of day!
The software is starting its real-life test for subtitling my own TV-Series "TV-Lesestund", only in Norwegian language, as the humour doesn't really translate that well into english in any way!
Added new font which seems to be 99% similar to the research of old video-tapes and tv-recordings from the 80's, called Swiss721NarrowSWA.ttf NAME: Swiss 721 Narrow SWA instead of initial font SWZ721B.TTF NAME:Swis721 BT

v0.5 - Sep 2015
---------------
Reworking on this long lasting program and try to finalize and release it.
Added Blending mode (0-100, mix with strip color/bg color)
Added outline modes (5 variations)
Added New Project, Open Project, Save Project with prefs for current setup

v0.3 - Oct 2014:
----------------
Fixed realtime events
Split org resolution image and preview image so internally it places everything correctly on requested resolution and displays the scaled version quickly
Replace old idiot factor.f and shitty calculation of placement of bars, 3 values now, ypos, box_height, box_space

V0.0 - Initial work started in 2011, continued in Oct 2014 due to certain projects on work and preperation for TV-Lesestund (TV-Series project)
