Update: AmigaGuide Windows Viewer (AGWViewer)

- Removed output of "@REM LINK" that is probably just a REMark comment. No need to see this in the output.

- Added support for Links that refers to line numbers (solution was to use #xx anchors in html) - Reported by user.
